About Ray [2016]

The Yamaha Ray is the best looking scooter available in its segment today. It is majorly targeted at female buyers and sports a very dynamic overall design.

The instrument panel has an analog type speedometer and fuel gauge plus indicator lamps for the high beam and turn signals. It features crystal lens for an added look of quality and radiance. The seat is good enough along with the grab rail. It gets an under seat storage of 15.5 litre and can easily accommodate a half-face helmet.

The Ray is powered by an 113cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that churns out 7.1PS at 7,500 rpm and 8.1Nm at 5,000 rpm. It gets a continuous variable transmission (CVT) and weighs 104kg that makes it very easy to ride in the city traffic.

The scooter is available in three colours – Burgundy Bliss, Black Star and Starry White.
