About Discover 125 M

With the launch of the all-new Discover 125, Bajaj Motorcycles brought all the four Discover models that the company had promised to introduce in the financial year 2013-2014.

The new Discover 125 is available in six colours- Electron Blue, Wine Red, Charcoal Magenta, Charcoal Green, Silver Blue and Silver Gold. The motorcycle gets a 130mm drum brake in the front as standard, while a 200mm disc brake is provided as optional. The bike gets an electric start, telescopic suspension setup at the front, nitrox gas-charged rear suspension and alloy wheels same as the ones on the Discover ST.

The new Discover 125 boasts of the twin-spark ignition system is built on Discover 100M chassis and is powered by the same engine that powers the Discover 125ST. However, the motor has been slightly detuned by the company. The 124.6cc four-valve engine with the twin spark DTSi technology now churns out 11.5bhp of power and 10.8Nm of torque. The company claims a fuel economy of 76kmpl and a top-speed of 100kmph. With a 9.5-litre fuel tank, the motorcycle has a range of 700 kms.

The new Discover 125 should cater to the customers looking for a bike with the combination of fuel economy and performance at the same time.
