About Platina 110 [2018-2020]

The Platina has been the 100cc urban product from the Bajaj stable, and now Bajaj has given it an upgrade by shoehorning the Discover 110’s engine into it. It gets the power and displacement of the Discover, at 115cc and 8.6bhp, and it also gets the Discover’s stylish alloy wheels. The rest of the body panels remain the same, although there are cosmetic differences such as rear springs that are gold coloured, and decals and badging different from its 100cc sibling. A front disc brake is not an option.

The Platina 110 competes with the likes of the Hero Splendor iSmart 110, Hero Passion XPro, TVS Star City Plus, Honda Dream Yuga, and Yamaha Saluto RX.
