About Pleasure Plus Xtec

Hero Pleasure + Xtec is a scooter available at a starting price of Rs. 78,226 in India. It is available in 2 variants and 4 colours with top variant price starting from Rs. 79,843. The Hero Pleasure + Xtec is powered by 110.9cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 8 bhp and a torque of 8.7 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Pleasure + Xtec comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Pleasure + Xtec scooter weighs 106 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 4.8 liters.

Hero MotoCorp has updated its scooter portfolio with the launch of a new variant of the Pleasure Plus. This variant of the 110cc scooter has been christened the Pleasure Plus Xtec, and it packs more features than the standard model.

The Xtec variant benefits from a new LED projector headlamp instead of a halogen unit on the standard model. Hero MotoCorp claims that the setup on the Pleasure Plus Xtec offers 25 per cent more light intensity. Further, this variant of the Pleasure Plus also gets a semi-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity. Apart from the ride-related data, the console on the Xtec version shows information about incoming/missed call alerts, new message alerts, and phone battery status. The cockpit gets a side-stand visual indicator while a ‘Side-stand Engine cut-off’ function enhances the safety net.

In terms of styling, the Pleasure Plus Xtec gets several chrome styling elements that are visible around the headlight, rear-view mirror stalks and housing, apron, front fender, side panels, and exhaust shield. The Xtec variant also gets additional elements such as a metal front fender, a pillion backrest, a dual-tone seat, and coloured inner panels. The Xtec variant of the Pleasure Plus gets the Jubilant Yellow paint.

Meanwhile, the mechanical specifications remain identical to the standard model and the Pleasure Plus Xtec continues to use a 110cc, air-cooled engine. This motor is tuned to produce 8bhp of maximum power at 7,000rpm and 8.7Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. This motor continues to use the i3S auto start-stop function for improved fuel economy.

The Xtec is available at a premium price tag over the standard trim of the scooter.
