Very good bike condition is good ,no bad results
And very good comfort and also joyfull ride and peaceful ride and no tension at all about charging please Carry charger while traveling and good response from my family members side also and also better to do different models and different styles and different colours and also do new bikes for handicapped persons.

Now facing a battery issue on date 04/03/2033 and deposited my vehicle at your dealer vinayak auto,keonjhar. But after 40 days there was no resolution and they are not telling me the expected date of delivery.
Every time warranty service is too delayed.
So this vehicle is a waste of money.

Fantastic scooter in this range but the battery range has to increase for better mileage, weight and balance are good and easy to handle by girls and maintenance is cheaper than others but one year of battery warranty is not enough for such a nice scooter. Everybody wants a ride sometimes, it is very difficult to say no to others just for sake of battery.

It has been almost 2yrs since then and I haven't received any confirmation message/e-mail from hero electric regarding my vehicle's delivery. It takes a month-long to get the battery replacement and also the digital meter.
It only gives the range of 38 kms against 55kms as per the company promise. The reason they provide is for the double seat the range reduces to 40kms.
