Ducati Hypermotard 939

The Hypermotard 939 is the newest iteration in the Ducati’s family of supermoto motorcycles. While the Hypermotard 939 has evolved and grown a lot over the past decade, the motorcycle still stays true to the hooligan character of the original motorcycle.

The Ducati Hypermotard 939 is a high-riding, lightweight and powerful motorcycle with dirt bike-like styling cues. The Hypermotard 939’s lean profile and the agile dynamics make it an ideal big bike for the urban environment. The Hypermotard 939 carries over the underpinnings from its 821cc predecessor.

The tubular trellis frame houses a bored version of the older Testastretta L-twin engine, which now displaces 937cc and is Euro IV emission standards compliant. The engine delivers 112bhp and 98Nm of torque through a six-speed transmission. The Hypermotard 939 rides on 43mm USD front forks and a Sachs rear monoshock. It gets electronic rider aids like three-level ABS, traction control, ride-by-wire throttle and selectable riding modes.

The Hypermotard 939 is available in two paint schemes - Ducati red and star white silk. The Hypermotard 939 shares the market space with streetfighters like the Yamaha MT-09 and the Suzuki GSX-S1000.
