About 650NK

CFMoto 650NK is a street bike available at a starting price of Rs. 4,29,000 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 2 colours. The CFMoto 650NK is powered by 649.3cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 55.65 bhp and a torque of 54.4 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, CFMoto 650NK comes up with anti-locking braking system. This 650NK bike weighs 206 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 17 liters.

The CFMoto 650NK has been updated in accordance with the new BS6 emission norms. Apart from the changes in its engine for cleaner emissions, the motorcycle has remained unaltered in terms of design, features and cycle parts.

Following the BS6-bound revisions, the 649cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine has witnessed a mild drop in its power and torque output. Mated to a six-speed gearbox, it churns out 55.65bhp at 8,250rpm and 54.4Nm at 7,000rpm.

The hardware package comprises telescopic front forks and an asymmetrically mounted rear mono-shock to perform the suspension tasks. The anchoring setup includes twin discs at the front and a single rotor at the back while the safety net available is dual-channel ABS.

On the design front, it’s a quintessential street fighter with a low-slung headlamp section, a muscular fuel tank with edgy extensions and a stubby tail. The fuel tank capacity stands at an impressive 17-litre. The list of features incorporates a full-LED lighting setup and a fully-digital instrument cluster.

The CFMoto 650NK is available in blue and grey colour options. In India, it competes against other middle-weight street nakeds like the Kawasaki Z650 and the Triumph Trident 660.

CFMoto 650NK Expert Opinion

  • Good Things

    • Equipped with full digital instrument cluster
    • 60bhp motor offers good torque
    • Priced quite well
  • Could be Better

    • Lacks brand recall
    • Limited sales & service reach
    • Difficult for pillion

BikeWale's Take

The CF Moto 650NK is a middle-weight naked motorcycle that is priced well, and is equipped with some practical features. Its upright seating ergonomics coupled with a torquey motor makes it a perfect tool for city riding. But the brand is new, and it doesn’t have a lot of sales and showroom reach.
