I purchased my scooter from BTM, Bangalore, in October 2022. It is a good scooter, but the service is terrible; they only focus on sales rather than customer needs, and once a deal is made, they don't respond properly. The scooter I was driving at 980 km started giving trouble after one rain. Anytime I called and asked them to update the bounce software, they did not. Due to the rain, the batteries were not charging, so they wouldn't respond properly. After 7 days, someone called and said to go to the nearest showroom, which is 36 kilometers away from my house. I went and gave them my battery, and they said it would take more than 10 to 15 days to return. Still waiting.

My worst experience with bounce infinity the scooter gives some problems every few months mine is not working for the last two weeks with no resolution of the issue from the service center which is the only one in the whole city and is 25 kms away from my place they don't have enough technicians, types of equipment half month if the scooter is not working what is the use, the company doesn't respond no after-sale service anything, I have to contact again still no resolution, kindly do not buy this scooter you will go through a lot of problems as I have talked to many other fellow users they have a same bad experience.

The bike is good in terms of use and safety but when there is any breakdown or any issues no service center will respond. I have raised a complaint but still, I don't see any response it's been almost 20 days. For 20 days I have parked it as a scrap one. I reached out to the dealer they suggested checking with customer service, customer service will advise you to check with the dealer. The great thing about customer support, they don't listen to what is the issue they keep on saying the terms and conditions. I feel it's a nice game playing and thought of giving this review let's see in how many days it will be parked as a scrap one.

1. Buying experience - decent
After-sales service is hopeless, the bike broke down a week ago and every day we were told someone will come to see the bike but in spite of repeated follow-ups no one showed up. We had to end up sending the bike to the service centre. The executive who came finally was rude and looked unprofessional and badly trained.
In about 8 months of ownership, the vehicle broke down multiple times and we had to end up taking the product to the service centre.
2. Ride quality is very average, would rate the ola better.
Have to say again that the post-sales service is a nightmare, unprofessional people have been put in to deal with customers.

But some disadvantages take place like mirrors, battery placement, and the men's footrest is very delicate we can't use it in a rough way, please try to change it for the future ones. And try to manufacture like battery should be placed in under the boot of the scooty, so that we will have more space to keep some luggage. But this scooter is very light enough its one big advantage thanks for that. Please mention on the new charger how to charge. I faced an issue while charging. That we have to switch on the charger after it turns on we have to plug it into the battery. So, it's the main issue please recover it. They didn't mention it anywhere on the charger, at least they didn't inform us while servicing also. Please try to solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.
