I have recently bought bounce. It was one of the best two-wheeler buying decisions I took. After a lot of research and consideration of various ev two-wheelers, I decided to try bounce e1 infinity because of its really budget-friendly price point and lots of options ( with and without battery ) and they have one of the best charging and swapping networks in India. I was very skeptical, especially after a lot of mishaps and bad experiences with prominent players like ola s1 pro and likes such so I was very skeptical. I got a strong recommendation from a friend of mine who bought bounce and I decided to go ahead with it. So far I have not faced any problems. The ride is smooth and has lots of options. Good driving and charging experience. The range is around 80-85 kms which is pretty okay for city drives. The top speed is good enough for Chennai roads and traffic. The buying experience was smooth as well and the sales team was constantly in touch.

Best scooter for shorter distances. And also for regular use. But some disadvantages take place like mirrors, battery placement, and the men's footrest is very delicate we can't use it in a rough way, please try to change it for the future ones. And try to manufacture like battery should be placed in under the boot of the scooty, so that we will have more space to keep some luggage. But this scooter is very light enough its one big advantage thanks for that. Please mention on the new charger how to charge. I faced an issue while charging. That we have to switch on the charger after it turns on we have to plug it into the battery. So, it's the main issue please recover it. They didn't mention it anywhere on the charger, at least they didn't inform us while servicing also. Please try to solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

1. Buying experience - decent
After-sales service is hopeless, the bike broke down a week ago and every day we were told someone will come to see the bike but in spite of repeated follow-ups no one showed up. We had to end up sending the bike to the service centre. The executive who came finally was rude and looked unprofessional and badly trained.
In about 8 months of ownership, the vehicle broke down multiple times and we had to end up taking the product to the service centre.
2. Ride quality is very average, would rate the ola better.
Have to say again that the post-sales service is a nightmare, unprofessional people have been put in to deal with customers.

The buying experience was not ok, and price transparency was not there, regards pricing, what the company spoke during the test drive and during the payment for the scooter purchase, there was a huge difference. The bike is good and comfortable. It gives good mileage for city commute, not for long drives. Currently, service/any scooter issues are resolved by raising requests thrugh customer care.

Even tvs iQube doesn't have a disc break in the back wheel. Scooter is very much reliable.!
