Easy purchase, better riding experience, good looking and performance, good service and maintenance, soft behavior of shop owner when contacting any problems regarding the scooter, back side modification may be good for more good looking, the key, start key button, horn needs to be more quality, need more features to be added to next generation.

Worst vehicle, don't waste your money. The service center is not properly doing and also the service technician is not picking up calls. So many problems I found switches are not working properly.No in space to keep the helmet. So I am saying go for other electric bikes...

After one year of indicators, switch/gear/lamp switch everything not working. The key sensor also poor battery is good enough. The battery is jumping while driving.

First of all buying experience was quite good, the staff was very good no problem. But when I was there for a test ride and see the bike first they didn't give me a test ride. Just the person in the showroom was riding and I was a seat behind him, I didn't get a chance to ride. Then I bought the bike after that I noticed that the height was a little higher. Then I noticed the material used was a third class it was like very cheap fiber. The major issue with its suspension, is that suspension is like there was no suspension. It sounds and gets vibrated even on very small bad roads. Also, there is nothing on its screen, only battery percentage, and speed showing on the screen. It was a bad experience with that bike. We get a lot of good options in the market now.

Worst product, I strongly recommend not buying it. It's ridiculous. All parts are of very poor quality. A fair toy has better quality than the benling aura's scooter. Don't waste your money....

Hopelessly bad bike.....The service of the dealer is pathetic. Waste of money. My bike had a fall on the road when a dog crossed suddenly. It has been given to the showroom for repairs and has been lying there unattended for the last month. The dealer does not have a co...
Hopelessly bad bike.....The service of the dealer is pathetic. Waste of money. My bike had a fall on the road when a dog crossed suddenly. It has been given to the showroom for repairs and has been lying there unattended for the last month. The dealer does not have a conveyance to send the bike to the workshop. The charger conked off within one month. A used charger was given which also could not survive for 15 days. The dealer replaces it with a new one and asks us to purchase a new charger in case it stops again and no guarantee can be claimed. It's complete cheating and a waste of money buying this bike.

I am totally disappointed with this vehicle.
I have faced many issues with this scooter
1. Brake switch damaged
2. Front suspension oil seal broken
3. Push start button damaged
4. Annoying sound from the rear side
5. Charging socket broken
6. High beam low beam switch is not working
7. Seat lock broken
I only run 2300 km with this vehicle daily I have faced issues with this vehicle
Don't buy this vehicle.
Save your money and time.
