About Kriti

Benling Kriti is an electric scooter available at a starting price of Rs. 56,781 in India. It is available in only 1 variant and 3 colours. Benling Kriti generates 250 W power from its motor. Benling Kriti comes up with front disc and rear drum brakes.

The Benling Kriti is a low-speed electric scooter that is available with options of a lithium-ion battery and a lead acid battery. While the former takes around four hours to fully charge, the latter takes a longer time of eight-nine hours to top up. However, the range and top speed are common for both variants at 60km and 25kmph, respectively. Propelling the Kriti e-scooter is a 250W, 48V brushless motor.

Riding on 10-inch wheels at both ends, it is suspended by telescopic forks up front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Meanwhile, braking is handled by a drum at both ends. The electric scooter also comes equipped with decent amount of features. There’s a small LCD console, mobile charging port, anti-theft alarm, smart key, integrated locking system, and a parking assistance system. It also gets a luggage carrier at the rear along with a pillion grab rail.

The Beneling Kriti boasts quite a unique styling with neatly flowing and flush body panels. There’s a circular headlamp and turn indicators mounted on a rounded front apron with a tiny fly screen covering the exposed handlebar. Benling offers the Kriti in a choice of three colour options – white, black and red.

The Icon is an entry-level electric scooter from Benling that doesn’t need a driving licence as the top speed is 25kmph. This scooter too is a made-in-China scooter. As a result, not everyone knows this brand.
